摘要
人大附中实验小学长期以来基于“全面发展+突出特长+创新精神+高尚品德”的目标培养学生,在培养创新型人才的国家战略背景下积极探索,构建以增强学生创新意识、学习能力、团队合作能力和实践能力的“创新实践”课程体系。学校通过自主设计创新素质课程进行训练和开发配套评测软件进行训练后测试,基于“培养—训练—测评—再培养”的循环迭代模式对学生进行个性化的创新潜能开发,进一步还可实现面向青少年认知成长全过程的长期持续跟踪。
The Experimental Primary School Attached to RDFZ has long been cultivating students with the goal of"comprehensive development,highlighting strengths,innovative spirit,and noble character".In the context of implementing the national strategy of cultivating innovative talents,it has actively explored and constructed an"innovative practice"curriculum system to enhance students'innovation awareness,learning ability,team cooperation,and practical ability.The school conducts training through self-designed innovative quality courses and develops supporting evaluation software for post training testing.Based on the cyclic iteration mode of"cultivationtrainingevaluationre-cultivation",personalized innovation potential development is carried out for students,which can further achieve long-term continuous tracking of the entire process of cognitive growth for the students.
