“双减”背景下乡村中小学家庭作业治理的现实困境与优化路径

Realistic Dilemma and Optimization Path of Homework Governance in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools under the Background of"Double Reduction"

摘要 在城乡一体化进程中,因受城乡的经济差异、师资力量、文化水平等方面因素影响,乡村中小学在家庭作业治理方面陷入作业形式单一化、作业量繁重化、作业评价固定化、学生对作业的态度消极被动、作业缺乏家校合作等困境。其主要原因在于教师缺乏对家庭作业目的的有效认知、学生对作业认知偏差与自主学习意识较差、家长参与程度不足。为有效治理乡村中小学生家庭作业困境,教师要以生为本,促进学生全面发展;因材施教,科学分层作业设计;立足实际,合理布置家庭作业;改革创新,力求评价多元化;提高家长对作业的认识,激发学生对作业的积极性。 In the process of urban-rural integration,due to factors such as economic differences,teaching staff,and cultural level between urban and rural areas,rural primary and secondary schools are facing difficulties in managing homework,such as a single form of homework,cumbersome workload,fixed homework evaluation,passive attitudes towards homework,and a lack of cooperation between home and school.The main reasons are that teachers lack effective understanding of the purpose of homework,students have cognitive biases towards homework and poor awareness of self-directed learning,and parents'participation is insufficient.In order to effectively address the homework difficulties of rural primary and secondary schools,teachers must prioritize students and promote their comprehensive development;Teaching students according to their aptitude and designing scientifically graded assignments;Based on reality,arrange homework reasonably;Reform and innovation,striving for diversified evaluation;Enhance parents'awareness of homework and stimulate students'enthusiasmforhomework.
