摘要
普通高中通用技术课程在县域普通高中学校难以保证开齐开足课时,存在通用技术师资力量薄弱、教师结构不稳定、教师素养不高、临时兼职教师较多等问题。阜南县通过对县域普通高中通用技术学科教师专业发展现状的梳理,从以下三方面提升教师专业水平:县域联合教研,提升教师教学素养;名师课题引领,提升教师学术能力;自主深度学习,提升教师专业“四力”。
General technology curriculum of high school in county areas has always faced difficulties in opening full classes,including insufficient staff,unstable structure,and low literacy of teachers,and a large number of temporary part-time teachers.This article takes Funan County as an example to analyze the current situation of the professional development of general technology teachers under the guidance of core literacy,and to explore the approach to enhance their professional development.It turned out to be the following three aspects,namely increasing teaching literacy through county level joint teaching and research,improving the academic research ability under the guidance of famous teachers,and enhancing the"four strengths"of teachers'profession by independent in-depth learning.
