普通高中学生多元判据体系的构建——以上海市南洋模范中学为例

摘要 目前,随着育人方式改革和综合素质评价全面铺开,如何推动五育并举的基于多元判据的校本化学生评价,成为迫切需要解决的问题。该研究以上海市南洋模范中学为例,通过质性分析方法,从学校教育案例、特色介绍、校友回忆中逐步提炼校本化的判据,构建“公智能”多元判据体系,形成了“家国情怀”“国际视野”“责任担当”“学业扎实”“勇于创新”“善于学习”“健康生活”“审美情趣”“劳动意识”九个具体表征点,为后续实行学生多元判据发展指导奠定了坚实的基础,也为各学校探索高中生发展指导多元判据体系校本化生成的路径与方法提供了参考。 With education reform and comprehensive quality evaluation toward student development fully underway at pres⁃ent,it has become an urgent problem how to promote the“simultaneous development of five kinds of education”for school-based student evaluation based on multiple criteria.By means of qualitative analysis method,this research takes Nanyang Model High School as an example,gradually refines the school-based multiple criteria from the school education cases,the introduction of its features and alumni’s memory,and constructs a multiple criteria system.It has also formed nine specific students'characteris⁃tics:“Care for Your Home”;“Expand Your Worldview”;“Take Ownership and Accountability”;“Excel in Academic Learning”;“Emerge with Innovation”;“Nurture a Learning Mind”;“Lead a Healthy Life”;“Love Aesthetic Appreciation”and“Exercise a Hardworking Mindset”,which have laid a solid foundation for the follow-up implementation of students'development guidance on multiple criteria.The research also provides some inspiration for schools to explore the paths and methods of school-based multi⁃ple criteria systems for high school student development.
