摘要
“双新”要求高中育人方式进行相应变革,而教师教研共同体的创建与发展则为推动教师专业发展、发挥课程育人实效、落实“立德树人”根本任务提供了相应保障。教研共同体的组织形态、外部环境和动力系统共同建构了高中教师教研共同体文化生态;发展目标、制度保障和建设路径是高中教师教研共同体建构的重要因素;而高中教师教研共同体的实践形态以课程、课堂和课题共同组成的“三课”为载体,并以发展为实践指向。
The background of“double innovation”requires corresponding changes in the way of high school education,and the creation and development of a teacher research community provides corresponding guarantees for improving teacher profession⁃al development,exerting the effectiveness of curriculum education,and implementing the fundamental task of moral education.The organizational form,external environment and dynamic system of the teaching and research community all construct its cultur⁃al ecology;its development goals,institutional guarantees,and construction paths are important factors in its construction;its practical form consists of the carriers of courses,classrooms,and topics with development as its practical direction.
