摘要
教师专业自主,即教师作为专业人士,在其专业领域行使的专业判断、专业决定的权利和自由。TALIS2018数据显示,上海教师在班级教学自主方面位于国际前列,但在参与学校决策方面的自主仍相对落后。为弥补TALIS对教师专业自主调查的不全面,研究者开发了教师专业自主的本土调查工具。研究发现,教师专业自主的呈现符合统计学指标,具有“三层六维度”的特点,专业基础和同伴网络对上海初中教师专业自主具有显著影响。最后,结合数据分析得出启示:把握教师在其专业领域行使的自主尺度;探索教师课程与评价的自主空间;打通教师专业发展的自主路径。
Teacher autonomy means teachers,as professionals,exercise the right and freedom of making professional judg⁃ments and decisions in their relevant field.According to the survey data from TALIS 2018,class autonomy in Shanghai ranks among the top internationally,but school decision-making autonomy is still relatively backward.To make up for the incomplete survey from TALIS on teacher autonomy,this study develops a tool of local survey for teacher autonomy.The study shows that teacher autonomy in Shanghai is of statistical significance and has the feature of“three layers and six dimensions”.It also finds that there exists significance between teacher autonomy and peer network and professional foundation.Finally,the conclusion can be made based on data analysis that the degree of autonomy exercised by teachers in their professional fields should be proper⁃ly held;the space of teacher autonomy in curriculum and evaluation should be explored;and the pathway to autonomy of teacher professional development should be opened.
