VR生命优化系统对纤维肌痛综合征的疗效干预研究

Intervention of VR Life Optimization System on Fibromyalgia Syndrome

目的:观察VR生命优化系统对纤维肌痛综合征临床疗效的影响。方法:将90例纤维肌痛综合征患者分为VR生命优化系统干预组(VR组)、VR生命优化系统干预联合西药组(联合组)、西药组,每组30例。西药组服用普瑞巴林治疗;VR组运用VR生命优化系统干预,每天干预1次,干预时间30 min;联合组在服用普瑞巴林的基础上辅助VR生命优化系统干预。3组连续干预12周。观察3组患者干预前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、压痛点数量、失眠程度[匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]、抑郁程度[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)],及纤维肌痛影响问卷(FIQ)评分变化情况,同时针对治疗可能出现的不良反应进行评价。结果:治疗后,3组VAS评分、压痛点数量、PSQI评分、HAMD评分及FIQ评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);且联合组治疗效果最优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而西药组与VR组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不良反应方面,VR组无患者产生不良反应,与联合组及西药组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而联合组不良反应发生率低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:VR生命优化系统干预联合西药治疗纤维肌痛综合征疗效确切,可显著改善患者的疼痛、睡眠、抑郁等主要症状和体征,并且能适当减少西药的不良反应,可以作为纤维肌痛综合征临床治疗的一个选择。

Objective:To observe the effect of VR life optimization system on the clinical efficacy of fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods:Ninety patients with fibromyalgia syndrome were divided into the VR life optimization system intervention group(VR group),the group of VR life optimization system intervention combined with western medicine(combination group),and the western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Pregabalin.The VR group was intervened with VR life optimization system once a day for 30 minutes.The combined group was treated with Pregabalin combined with VR life optimization system intervention.The three groups were intervened for 12 weeks.The changes of VAS,tenderness points,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and fibromyalgia influence questionnaire(FIQ)score of the patients in the three groups before and after intervention,and the possible adverse reactions of treatment was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,number of tenderness points,PSQI score,HAMD score,and FIQ score of the three groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the combination group had the best treatment effect,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the western medicine group and the VR group(P>0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,there were no patients in the VR group who experienced adverse reactions.Compared with the combination group and the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:VR life optimization system intervention combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.It can significantly improve the main symptoms and signs of patients such as pain,sleep,depression,and can appropriately reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine.It can be used as a choice for clinical treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.
