硫化氢与炎性关节病相关研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation Between Hydrogen Sulfide and Inflammatory Joint Disease

摘要 硫化氢是一种气体信号分子。近年来研究表明,内源性硫化氢是一种重要的炎症介质,外源性和内源性硫化氢能够影响机体的炎症反应,具有促炎和抑炎的双向作用。硫化氢作为炎症介质和其本身的生物效应在炎性关节病中具有重要意义,定义硫化氢在炎性关节病中的机制将有助于我们更好地了解疾病本质,并帮助针对这些疾病开发新治疗方法。
