Parameter-defined product claims have their particularity and complexity.The review of the presumed disclosure of the product claims with parameter limitation in The Patent Examination Guidelines 2010(2019 Revision)has become the difficulty of examination and the focus of controversy in practice.Starting from the legal nature and applicable conditions of the relevant rules,this article combines with the relevant provisions in the Guidelines and typical cases in review and invalidation to sort out the key links and steps for the application of the presumptive disclosure rule,and attempt to clarify the applicable conditions and applicable methods of the presumption of product claims with parameter limitation.
