摘要
糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病患者最常见也是最严重的微血管并发症之一,糖尿病肾脏纤维化(diabetic renal fibrosis,DRF)是DN发展过程中一个主要的病理性变化。近年来,肾脏纤维化(renal fibrosis,RF)的发生率居高不下,对于糖尿病患者来说,RF可能使他们面临肾脏移植甚至死亡,给其本人和家庭带来重大的负担。因此,了解DRF的发病机制以及治疗现状对于疾病的治疗和新药的开发是至关重要的。该文就DN、DRF的概况、分子机制及治疗现状进行综述,以期为DRF的研究和治疗提供参考。
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the most common and serious microvascular complications in patients with diabetes mellitus.Diabetic renal fibrosis(DRF)is a major pathological change in the development of DN.In recent years the incidence of renal fibrosis(RF)has remained high.For diabetic patients,RF may expose them to kidney transplantation or even death,which brings a great burden to themselves and their families.Therefore,learning the pathogenesis and the current treatment status of DRF is crucial for the treatment of the disease and the development of new drugs.Here we review the general situation of DN,the general situation,molecular mechanism,and the treatment of DRF,looking forward to providing a reference for the research and treatment of DRF.
