不同颗粒级配离子型稀土品位差异性分布原因探讨

摘要 探讨不同颗粒级配离子型稀土品位差异性分布原因,对离子型稀土矿浸出工艺的优化具有重要意义。对比了杯浸、柱浸和漏斗式淋浸3种方式下离子型稀土品位的测定结果。优选漏斗式淋浸的离子型稀土品位测试方式,分别测定了信丰、寻乌、长汀3地稀土矿不同颗粒级配的离子型稀土品位。结果表明:1)漏斗式淋浸测得的离子型稀土品位最高,比杯浸和柱浸的分别约高出25%和10%;2)不同地区的稀土矿离子型稀土品位在不同粒级上的分布不同,信丰和寻乌离子型稀土品位随粒级减小而增大,而长汀稀土矿-0.1 mm粒级离子型稀土品位<+0.25-0.5 mm粒级离子型稀土品位<+0.1-0.25 mm粒级离子型稀土品位;3)离子型稀土品位在不同粒级上的差异性分布主要受颗粒表面电位影响。 The reasons for the difference of ionic rare earth grade distribution in different grain size fractions were discussed,which is of great significance for optimizing the leaching process of ionic rare earths.Ionic phase rare earth grade was not accurate tested through cup leaching or column leaching,therefore,the test method was optimized by funnel-type leaching.Based on it,ionic rare earth grade distributions in different particle size ore from Xinfeng,Xunwu and Changting were tested.The results show that:1) The ionic rare earth grade tested through funnel-type leaching is about 25% higher than that by cup leaching,10% higher than that by column leaching.2) Ionic rare earth grade distributions of rare earth ore from different areas in different grain size fractions are different.Ionic rare earth grades of ore from Xinfeng and Xunwu increase with the decrease of particle size,while for ore from Changting,ionic rare earth grade in-0.1 mm particles is lower than those in +0.25-0.5 mm particles and +0.1-0.25 mm particles.3) The differential distribution of ionic rare earth grades among different grain size fractions is primarily influenced by the surface potential of particles.
