融媒体的发展对传统电视新闻媒体产生了很大的冲击,因此,提出全新要求,传统电视新闻编辑需要具备良好的创新意识,迎接机遇与挑战。从当前电视新闻编辑需具备的能力入手,明确电视新闻编辑要求,提出合理的创新意识培养对策。
The development of intergrated media has had a great impact on traditional TV news media.Therefore,new requirements are put forward.Traditional TV news editors need to have a good sense of innovation to meet opportunities and challenges.Starting from the capabilities that TV news editors need to possess,clarify the requirements of TV news editors,and put forward reasonable countermeasures for cultivating innovative consciousness.
