山东省车规级芯片产业发展对策研究

Research on Development Strategy of Automobile Chip Industry in Shandong Province

我国作为汽车产量多年位居全球第一的制造大国,汽车消费量约占全球的三分之一,而国产汽车芯片占比却不足5%。应该看到,车规级芯片是汽车的核心部件,近年来,国家出台了多个文件鼓励车规级芯片研发。自2020年下半年爆发的芯片短缺问题,暴露了我国在车规级芯片领域的核心技术和产品储备不足,凸显了车规级芯片的重要性。本文通过文献分析挖掘、专家咨询等方式,研究了车规级芯片产业发展现状,进一步分析了山东省在该领域发展的现状和存在问题,最后针对山东省车规级芯片产业发展提出了对策建议。

China has ranked first in the world as the world's largest automobile manufacturing country,and the consumption of automobile chips accounts for about one-third of the world.Automobile chips are the core components of automobile.In recent years,the state has issued a number of documents to encourage automobile chips research and development.The chip shortage that has broken out since the second half of 2020 has exposes China’s lack of core technology and product reserves in the field of automotive chips,and highlighted the importance of automobile chips.This paper,through literature analyzing,literature mining,expert consultation and other ways,studied the development status of the automobile chip industry,further analyzed the development status and problems in this field in Shandong Province,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the automobile chip industry in Shandong Province.
