机车电器柜专用无水清洗装置的研制及应用

摘要 采用干冰清洗技术研制的机车电器柜专用无水清洗装置体积小巧、操作简便,通过调节干冰消耗量、压缩空气输出压力及选用不同型号的喷嘴,实现死角的清洗,清洗后电器柜仍具有较高的绝缘性和安全性,有效解决了电器表面含油灰尘的清洗难题,作业效率高,能够满足现场实际使用需要。 The special anhydrous cleaning device for locomotive electric cabinet developed by dry ice cleaning technology is small in size and easy to operate.By adjusting dry ice consumption,compressed air output pressure and selecting different types of nozzles,the dead angle cleaning is realized.After cleaning,the electric cabinet still has high insulation and safety,effectively solving the cleaning problem of oily dust on the surface of electric appliances with high operating efficiency,which can meet the practical needs of on-site use.
