摘要
受电弓的安全状态直接影响到地铁列车运行的安全可靠。针对受电弓在列车运行过程中容易出现的故障问题,文中介绍了一种受电弓安全状态检测方法。通过在列车顶部安装受电弓安全状态检测系统,采用相机成像、紫外探测、光纤MEMS技术、红外热成像等多种技术手段,对受电弓羊角断裂、升弓位置异常、弓头滑板倾斜、燃弧、弓网压力、硬点等状态进行识别,并对获取的图像和数据信息进行检测分析,最终实现全天候在线对受电弓进行安全性能检测及异常检测的需求。
Safety state of pantograph directly affects the safe and reliable operation of subway train.Aiming at solving the pantograph failure problems happened constantly while the subway train is moving,a detection method of the pantograph safety state is introduced in this paper.By installing the pantograph safety state detection system on a Beijing metro train top,some defects were identified and analyzed through the use of camera imaging,ultraviolet detection,optical fiber MEMS technology,infrared thermal imaging and other technical means,such as the pantograph angle fracture,abnormal position,pressure and hard point of the pantograph,tilt of pantograph carbon slide,arcing and so on.Through the detection and analysis of the acquired images and data information,the pantograph safety state detection system finally realizes the requirement of all-weather online safety performance detection and anomaly detection for the pantograph.
