变频空调引起辅助逆变器200%过载故障的原因分析及解决措施

摘要 介绍某地铁列车辅助逆变器(SIV)工作原理及组成结构,分析了车辆辅助逆变器输出200%过载故障产生原理。通过多种试验模拟重现辅助逆变器输出200%过载故障,确定引起该故障的原因为变频空调中的可控硅整流桥故障。对故障原因进行了深入分析,对辅助供电系统设备的维护提供参考。 Working principle and structure of auxiliary inverters(SIV)were introduced for metro vehicles on a metro line,then analyzed the principle of the metro line vehicle auxiliary inverter output 200%overload failure.The output 200%overload fault of the auxiliary inverter was reproduced through a variety of tests,which was determined to be caused by the silicon controlled rectifier fault in the frequency air conditioner.The failure causes were deeply analyzed which had important reference significance for the maintenance of auxiliary power supply system equipment.
