摘要
在线教学中,教师评价和学生评价过程仍存在评价理念不科学、评价指标不科学、评价方式不科学等问题。在线教学师生评价发展应强调基于行为数据的客观评价、强调基于教学交互的全面评价、强调基于成长过程的发展评价,进一步强化数据治理理念、优化体系构建机制、推广评价结果应用、制定运行保障制度。
In online teaching,there are still problems of unscientific evaluation concepts,unscientific evalu-ation indexes and unscientific evaluation methods in the process of teacher evaluation and student evaluation.The development of teacher-student evaluation in online teaching should lay emphasis on objective evaluation based on behavioral data,comprehensive evaluation based on teaching interaction and development evaluation based on growth process,further intensify the concept of data management,optimize the system construction mechanism,promote the application of evaluation results and formulate the operation guarantee system.
