“文化中国”概念的历时、共时观察及其启示

摘要 20世纪70年代,“文化中国”概念产生后,在学术界、大众文化界等领域被普遍使用至今,并从共时层面延伸到历时层面。从历时层面观察,“文化中国”在中国的历时演进中发挥了重要作用,主要表现为集权官僚政治和儒家伦理稳定结合的文化体系。从共时层面观察,“文化中国”建构了良好的国家形象,主要表现为海内外认同、关注中国文化的个体、群体及实践活动。历时层面“文化中国”以儒家伦理为精神内涵,共时层面则缺失对精神内涵的充分关注。从历时层面“文化中国”以及新中国革命与建设的经验出发,共时层面的“文化中国”当以马克思主义和优秀传统文化的结合为精神内涵。唯其如此,才能更有力地推进中国特色社会主义现代化的进程。 s:After the concept of“Cultural China”came into being in the 1970s,it has been widely used in academia and mass culture,and extended from the synchronic level to the diachronic level.From the diachronic perspective,“Cultural China”has played an important role in the diachronic evolution of China,which is mainly manifested in the cultural system of the stable combination of centralized bureaucratic politics and Confucian ethics.From the synchronic perspective,“Cultural China”has constructed a good national image,which is mainly shown in the recognition of individuals,groups and practical activities of Chinese culture at home and abroad.At the diachronic level,“Cultural China”takes Confucian ethics as its spiritual connotation,while at the synchronic level it lacks sufficient attention to the spiritual connotation.Starting from the experience of“Cultural China”at the diachronic level and the revolution and construction of new China,the“cultural China”at the synchronic level should take the combination of Marxism and excellent traditional culture as its spiritual connotation.Only in this way can we more vigorously promote socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
