国内外高含硫气田集输管道设计标准差异性研究 被引量:1

摘要 高含硫气田集输管道外部环境复杂、内部工况恶劣、失效风险高、事故后果严重,应在设计阶段保障本质安全。为对我国高含硫气田集输管道设计工作及相关标准制修订提供参考,对国内外标准规范进行广泛调研,结合高含硫气田集输管道安全风险和设计流程,选取7项关键设计要素,进行国内外设计标准对比分析,厘清国内外差异,提出针对性建议,对完善我国高含硫气田集输管道设计标准体系、保障高含硫气田集输管道安全平稳运行具有重要意义。 The gathering and transmission pipelines of high sulfur gas fields have complex external environment,bad internal working conditions,high failure risk and serious accident consequences,so the intrinsic safety shall be guaranteed in the design stage.In order to provide reference for the design of gathering and transmission pipelines in high sulfur gas fields in China and the revision of relevant standards,extensive research on domestic and foreign standards and specifications was investigated,7 key design elements in combination with the safety risks and design process of gathering and transmission pipelines in high sulfur gas fields were selected.Comparative analysis of domestic and foreign design standards was conducted,and the differences between domestic and foreign standards were clarified.The targeted suggestions were put forward,improving the design standard system of gathering and transmission pipelines in high sulfur gas fields in China and ensuring the safe and stable operation of gathering and transmission pipelines in high sulfur gas fields.
