小陷胸汤合丹参饮加减对稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证患者中医证候评分、全球急性冠状动脉事件注册评分和血清血栓素A_(2)水平的影响

Influences of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Danshen Drink on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,global registry of acute coronary events risk scores and serum thromboxane A_(2) in patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome

目的 观察小陷胸汤合丹参饮加减对稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证患者中医证候评分、全球急性冠状动脉事件注册(GRACE)评分和血清血栓素A_(2)(TXA_(2))水平的影响。方法 将86例稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组43例予常规西药治疗,治疗组43例在常规西药治疗基础上加小陷胸汤合丹参饮加减治疗,2组疗程均为4周。比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分变化;比较2组心绞痛发作情况;比较2组治疗前后GRACE评分、血清TXA_(2)水平变化。结果 治疗组总有效率90.70%(39/43),对照组总有效率72.09%(31/43),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后心绞痛发作频率、每次持续时间及硝酸甘油使用量均较本组治疗前减少(P<0.05),且治疗组减少更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后GRACE评分、TXA_(2)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论 小陷胸汤合丹参饮加减治疗稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证,可缓解患者临床症状,降低GRACE评分和血小板黏附能力。

Objective To explore the influences of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Danshen Drink on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Global Registry of Acute Coronary events(GRACE)risk scores and level of serum thromboxane A_(2)(TXA_(2))level in patients with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis).Methods Eighty-six patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomized 1∶1 to receive conventional western medicine(the control group)or Xiaoxianxiong Decoction+Danshen Drink+conventional western medicine(the treatment group)for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,the onset of angina pectoris,GRACE risk scores and serum TXA_(2) level were included as comparisons between groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was superior to the control groups(90.70%vs 72.09%,P<0.05).TCM syndrome score,Angina pectoris attack frequency and duration,Nitroglycerin usage,as well as GRACE risk scores and serum TXA_(2) level in the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stable angina pectoris of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Danshen Drink can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,and reduce the GRACE risk score and platelet adhesion ability.
