清肺化痰平喘方治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘痰热蕴肺证临床研究

Clinical efficacy of Qingfei Huatan Pingchuan Formula for children with cough variant asthma of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung

目的 观察清肺化痰平喘方治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)痰热蕴肺证的临床疗效。方法 将80例CVA痰热蕴肺证患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加清肺化痰平喘方治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分变化;比较2组治疗前后血清IgE水平变化;观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组总有效率95.00%(38/40),对照组总有效率72.50%(29/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后咳嗽、咽痒、气急、咯痰评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组咳嗽、咽痒、气急、咯痰评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清IgE水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组血清IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率5.00%(2/40),对照组不良反应发生率7.50%(3/40),2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 清肺化痰平喘方治疗儿童CVA痰热蕴肺证,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,抑制血清IgE高表达,且不良反应较少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Huatan Pingchuan Formula for children with cough variant asthma(CVA)of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Methods A total of 80 CVA children(syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung)were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).All patients were managed by montelukast sodium chewable tablet,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Qingfei Huatan Pingchuan Formula.A 2-week treatment was performed to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),adverse reactions.The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate was better in the treatment group(95.00%[38/40])compared with the control group(72.50%[29/40]),(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,throat itching,shortness of breath,expectoration in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).IgE in groups was decreased(P<0.05),which was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group(5.00%[2/40]vs 7.50%[3/40],[P>0.05],respectively).Conclusion For CVA children(syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung),Qingfei Huatan Pingchuan Formula can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,inhibit the high expression of serum IgE,and with less adverse reactions.
