中医延续性干预对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者心理、生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on psychology emotion and quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis fracture

目的 观察中医延续性干预对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者心理、生活质量的影响。方法 选取老年骨质疏松性骨折患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,2组均行手术治疗。对照组50例术后予常规干预,治疗组50例在对照组基础上加中医延续性干预,2组均干预8周。比较2组干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)评分,血清骨钙素(OC)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平。结果 干预后,2组SDS、SAS评分及疼痛VAS均低于本组干预前(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,2组SF-36各维度评分、MBI评分及血清OC、ALP水平均高于本组干预前(P<0.05),且治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医延续性干预能够改善老年骨质疏松性骨折患者心理,提升生活质量,减轻疼痛,提高OC、ALP水平。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the psychological emotion and quality of life of elderly patients with osteoporosis fracture(OF).Methods Totally 100 elderly patients with OF treated with operation were randomized 1∶1 to receive routine intervention(the control group,n=50)or TCM continuous nursing+routine intervention(the observation group,n=50)for eight weeks.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety/Depression Scale(SDS/SAS),short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36),visual analogue scale(VAS),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),as well as the levels of Osteocalcin(OC),bone alkaline phosphatase(ALP)were included as comparisons between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The scores of SDS,SAS,VAS in the both groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36,MBI,and the levels of OC and ALP were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For OF elderly patients,TCM continuous nursing can improve OC,ALP level and psychological mood,improve quality of life,self-care ability,life activity ability and motor function of patients,and reduce the pain degree of patients.The effect is significant.
