摘要 随着BIM技术在铁路隧道工程领域的飞速发展与应用,为解决铁路隧道洞口传统二维设计过程中洞口位置选择不合理,洞口开挖回填边界线绘制困难,洞口开挖工程量难以精确计算,端墙洞门结构及截水沟设计与地形匹配不直观等难题,提出利用BIM技术在Bentley OpenRail Design平台研发隧道洞口设计软件技术方案。通过对隧道洞口设计内容和设计流程进行梳理,对软件整体架构、关键模块和数据库进行设计,研发基于BIM技术的铁路隧道洞口设计软件。本软件利用C#/C++混合编程技术,通过动态剖切地形曲面,实现隧道洞口横、纵断面图与三维模型实时联动,实现隧道洞口位置的合理选择,完成洞口边仰坡设计以及端墙洞门结构、洞外截水沟创建以及图纸输出等功能。工程应用表明,该软件结构合理,满足隧道洞口设计实际需求,能有效减轻设计人员的劳动强度,显著提高隧道洞口设计效率与设计质量。 In order to solve the problems that the selection of the tunnel portal position is unreasonable,the boundary line of the opening excavation and backfilling is difficult to draw,the engineering quantity of the portal excavation is hard to calculate in the 2D design process of railway tunnel portal,and unintuitive matching exists between the design of the tunnel portal and the intercepting ditch and the terrain,a research and development program for railway tunnel portal design software on the Bentley OpenRail Design platform by using BIM technology is proposed.The overall software architecture,key modules and database of the system are designed through the analysis of portal design details and design processes.Railway tunnel portal design software is developed based on BIM technology.This software has realized real-time linkage between the horizontal and vertical sections of the tunnel portal and the 3D model by cutting the terrain dynamically,so as to select the location of the tunnel portal reasonably with C#/C++mixed programming technology.Functions such as creation of external intercepting ditch and output of drawings are completed with the software.Engineering application shows that the software has a reasonable structure,meets the actual needs of tunnel opening design,effectively reduces workload of designers,and greatly improves the design efficiency and design quality of tunnel portals.
