摘要
目前国内齿轨交通尚处于设计、探索阶段,其车辆基地设计标准及建设规模缺少国家标准规定,设计缺少理论基础支撑。通过对张家界七星山齿轨交通项目设计经验进行总结分析,并结合地铁、有轨电车、跨座式单轨等设计规范及车辆制造厂商相关建议等综合研究,提出6辆编组齿轨车辆检修周期指标建议值,分析齿轨车辆检修修程主要内容;总结齿轨交通车辆基地特有的设计标准;提出配属车数量以及分别按照走行公里数、检修时间间隔指标计算车辆基地设计规模的计算方法,并建议初期、近期、远期的备用车数分别按所对应设计年限运用车数的10%+1、10%、5%计算,四舍五入计列;同时给出了齿轨车辆基地占地计算指标的建议值。
At present,the rack railway transportation is still in the stage of design and test,and no relevant national standards are present for the design and scale of rack railway vehicle base,and the design of rack railway vehicle base lacks the support of theoretical basis.Based on the summary and analysis of the design experience of Zhangjiajie Qixing Mountain line,and combined with the relevant design specifications of subway,trams,straddle type monorail,and relevant suggestions of vehicle manufacturers,etc.,the recommended value of the maintenance cycle index of six assembled rack railway vehicles and the main contents of the maintenance are put forward.Special design standards of rack railway vehicle base are summarized,calculation method for allotment vehicles and the design scale of vehicle base are put forward according to the index of travel mileage and maintenance time interval.And it is suggested that the number of spare cars in the initial,short-term and long-term should be calculated and rounded off respectively according to 10%+1,10%and 5%of the number of operational vehicles in their corresponding designed service life.Meanwhile,the suggested value of vehicle base area calculation index is provided.
