产教融合视角下酒店管理专业本科生实习满意度对就业意向的影响研究

On the Influence of Internship Satisfaction of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Hotel Management on Their Employment Intention from the Perspective of the Integration of Production and Education

专业实习作为推动校企合作、深化产教融合的重要切入点,是高校应用型人才培养的必修环节。文章通过使用描述性统计分析、相关性分析、回归分析等方法,对酒店管理专业本科生实习满意度对其就业意向的影响进行研究。研究发现:学生的实习整体满意度处于一般满意水平,实习薪酬是影响实习满意度的主要因素,一线部门的实习满意度评价普遍低于二线部门;学生选择酒店或旅游行业就业的意愿程度处于较低水平;实习薪酬、工作强度、实操能力提升程度、岗位匹配度、学校实习安排显著正向影响于选择酒店行业的就业意愿,人际关系显著正向影响于选择旅游相关行业的就业意愿。据此,从学校和酒店角度提出了相关对策建议。

Professional practice,as an important starting point to promote school-enterprise cooperation and deepen the integration of production and education,is a compulsory link in the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities.By using descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods,this paper studies the influence of internship satisfaction of hotel management undergraduates on their employment intention.It is found that the overall satisfaction of students internship is at the general satisfaction level,and the internship salary is the main factor affecting the internship satisfaction,and the evaluation of internship satisfaction of the first-line departments is generally lower than that of the second-line departments;Students willingness to choose hotel or tourism industry for employment is at a low level;Salary,work intensity,practical ability improvement,job matching and school internship arrangement have a significant positive impact on the employment intention of choosing hotel industry,and interpersonal relationship has a significant positive impact on the employment intention of choosing tourism-related industries.Accordingly,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of schools and hotels,in order to provide practical reference for improving students employment willingness in this industry.
