延续性康复干预对老年三叉神经痛患者术后情绪、疼痛和复发率的影响

Effects of continuous rehabilitation intervention on postoperative emotion,pain and recurrence rate in elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia

目的 观察康复干预对射频热凝联合阿霉素治疗老年三叉神经痛患者术后情绪、疼痛和复发率的影响,为治疗该病症提供方法。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月在沧州市人民医院治疗的老年三叉神经痛患者92例,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组。2组均接受射频热凝联合阿霉素治疗。对照组给予健康教育和饮食指导干预,观察组在对照组的干预基础上加用延续性综合康复干预。术后随访期间,观察并比较2组随访期间的情绪(焦虑和抑郁)、疼痛评分以及三叉神经痛复发率。结果 术后7 d, 2组在VAS评分、 SAS评分及SDS评分上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月、术后1年,观察组患者VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.001)。术后6个月、术后1年,观察组患者SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.001)。术后1年,观察组患者SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。术后1年观察组三叉神经痛复发率低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.059,P=0.025)。结论 延续性综合康复干预可有效降低射频热凝联合阿霉素术后患者三叉神经痛复发率,改善患者情绪,减轻患者疼痛,巩固疗效,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effects of rehabilitation intervention on postoperative emotion,pain and recurrence rate of elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with doxorubicin,and provide a method for the treatment of this disease.Methods 92 elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in People s Hospital of Cangzhou City from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by digital table method.Both groups received radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with doxorubicin treatment.The control group received health education and dietary guidance interventions,while the observation group received continuous comprehensive rehabilitation interventions on the basis of the intervention in the control group.During the postoperative follow-up period,the emotion(anxiety and depression),pain score and the recurrence rate of trigeminal neuralgia were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Seven days after surgery,there was no significant difference in VAS score,SAS score and SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months and one year after surgery,VAS score and SAS score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).One year after surgery,the SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).The recurrence rate of trigeminal neuralgia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group one year after surgery(X^(2)=5.059,P=0.025).Conclusion The continuous comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of trigeminal neuralgia after radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with doxorubicin,improve patients emotion,alleviate their pain,and consolidate the curative effect,which has certain clinical application value.
