逍遥丸联合四物汤加减治疗月经不调的效果分析

Effect analysis of Xiaoyao Pill combined with modified Siwu Decoction in the treatment of irregular menstruation

目的分析逍遥丸联合四物汤加减治疗月经不调的临床疗效。方法80例月经不调患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予四物汤加减治疗,试验组给予逍遥丸联合四物汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血清激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)]、生活质量。结果试验组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组E_(2)水平高于本组治疗前,FSH、LH水平低于本组治疗前,且试验组E_(2)水平(144.72±34.65)pmol/L高于对照组的(110.93±46.58)pmol/L,FSH水平(7.35±2.44)IU/L、LH水平(7.43±1.90)IU/L低于对照组的(9.27±3.81)、(9.62±1.77)IU/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、精神状态评分均高于本组治疗前,且试验组生理功能评分(90.12±4.34)分、社会功能评分(91.26±5.02)分、生理职能评分(89.54±5.67)分、精神状态评分(92.35±3.07)分均高于对照组的(85.64±5.09)、(85.39±4.18)、(83.62±6.94)、(81.06±5.44)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对月经不调患者开展逍遥丸联合四物汤加减治疗能获得更好的效果,促使血清激素水平、生活质量改善,且不会增加不良反应发生几率,安全有效。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao Pill combined with modified Siwu Decoction in the treatment of irregular menstruation.Methods A total of 80 patients with irregular menstruation were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Siwu Decoction,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoyao Pill and modified Siwu Decoction.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and serum hormones[estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)]and quality of life before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the E_(2)levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and FSH and LH levels were lower than those before treatment in this group;the E_(2)level of(144.72±34.65)pmol/L in the experimental group was higher than of(110.93±46.58)pmol/L in the control group;the FSH level of(7.35±2.44)IU/L and LH level of(7.43±1.90)IU/L in the experimental group were lower than those of(9.27±3.81)and(9.62±1.77)IU/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences were not statistically significant when comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the physical functioning,social functioning role-physical,and mental status scores of both groups were higher than those of this group before treatment;the experimental group had physiological function score of(90.12±4.34)points,social function score of(91.26±5.02)points,physiological function score of(89.54±5.67)points,and mental status score of(92.35±3.07)points,which were higher than those of(85.64±5.09),(85.39±4.18),(83.62±6.94),and(81.06±5.44)points of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao Pill combined with modified Siwu Decoction is safe and effective for patients with irregular menstruation,and can improve the serum hormone level and quality of life of patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
