A case analysis of post-chemotherapy vomiting in a patient with cervical cancer

临床药师通过对1例宫颈癌患者化疗后呕吐的原因及危险因素分析,对患者后续的药物预防和治疗方案提出合理化建议,并总结药学监护内容,为化疗所致的恶心呕吐(CINV)的规范化管理提供参考。临床药师应融入医疗团队中,发挥药学专业专长,开展个体化药物治疗管理,为患者提供相应的药学监护及用药教育,促进临床合理用药,同时提升药师在临床的实践能力,使临床药师和医院药学得到长远的发展。

By analyzing the causes and risk factors of post-chemotherapy vomiting in a cervical cancer patient,the clinical pharmacist make rationalized suggestions for the patient's subsequent drug prevention and treatment plan,and summarize the contents of pharmacological monitoring to provide reference for the standardized management of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV).Clinical pharmacists should be integrated into the medical team,give full play to their pharmaceutical expertise,carry out individualized drug therapy management,provide patients with corresponding pharmacological monitoring and medication education,promote rational clinical use of drugs,and at the same time enhance the practical ability of pharmacists in the clinic so that clinical pharmacists and hospital pharmacy can be developed in the long term.
