行为干预在儿童哮喘管理中的应用

Application of behavioral intervention in the management of childhood asthma

目的:探讨“健康信念模式”的健康管理在儿童哮喘疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年11月至2022年6月符合哮喘症状并在本院哮喘门诊接受治疗的80例患儿及其家长作为研究对象。将研究对象随机分为对照组和干预组各40例。对照组患儿采用传统的健康教育指导,干预组患儿依托微信公众平台,以“健康信念模式”为理论基础进行健康管理,并从儿童哮喘控制量表(C-ACT)、入组后6个月内哮喘急性加重的次数和住院次数的比较两方面进行评价。结果:干预组儿童哮喘控制水平C-ACT评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组6个月内哮喘急性加重次数和住院次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用“健康信念模式”的健康管理在一定程度上可提高儿童哮喘的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of health management of"health belief model"in the treatment of childhood asthma.Methods:From November 2021 to June 2022,80 children and their parents who met the asthma symptoms and were treated in the asthma clinic of our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 40 cases each.The children in the control group were guided by traditional health education.The children in the intervention group relied on the WeChat public platform and carried out health management based on the"health belief model"theory.They were evaluated from the aspects of children's asthma control scale(C-ACT),the number of acute exacerbations of asthma within 6 months after enrollment and the number of hospitalizations.Results:The C-ACT score of children in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health management of"health belief model"can improve the therapeutic effect of asthma in children to a certain extent.
