探究菌群失调在子宫内膜异位症中的研究进展

子宫内膜异位症作为临床常见的妇科疾病,会出现痛经、月经失调、不孕不育、性交疼痛、腹部疼痛等症状表现,危害患者的身心健康以及生活质量,所以当前应该明确子宫内膜异位的病因,科学开展疾病诊疗。在正常情况下,宫腔组织位置会有子宫内膜覆盖,通过雌激素、孕激素的调节,使得子宫内膜发生周期性变化,最终向体外排出,但是子宫内膜若长到卵巢、宫骶韧带等位置处,则会引发该病变。至今尚未明确子宫内膜异位症的发病机制,没有任何理论可以解释子宫内膜异位症的发生机制,但是有研究显示,菌群失调与子宫内膜症的发生、发展有关,主要作用机理为炎症反应介导、参与雌激素循环、免疫调节等。本文首先阐述菌群失调与子宫内膜异位症的关联性,然后分析子宫内膜异位症患者菌群失调的调节措施,最后探究子宫内膜异位症的治疗措施,仅供有关人士参考。

As a common gynecological disease in clinical practice,endometriosis will appear dysmenorrhea,menstrual disorders,infertility,sexual intercourse pain,abdominal pain and other symptoms,harm the physical and mental health of patients and the quality of life,so the current cause of endometriosis should be clear,scientific disease diagnosis and treatment.Under normal circumstances,the uterine cavity tissue location will have endometrial coverage,through the mediation of estrogen and progesterone.The endometrium periodically changes,and eventually is discharged to the body,but if the endometrium grows to the ovaries,palace ligaments and other positions,it will cause the lesion.Up to now,has not yet clear the pathogenesis of endometriosis,no theory can explain the mechanism of endometriosis,but studies show that the flora disorder is related to the occurrence and development of endometriosis,the main mechanism of inflammatory response mediated,participate in estrogen circulation,immune regulation,etc.This paper first expounds the association of dysbiosis and endometriosis,and then analyzes the regulation measures of dysregulation in endometriosis patients,and finally explores the treatment measures of endometriosis for the reference of relevant people only.
