摘要
目的:观察在高血压合并冠心病护理中优质护理服务所取得的应用效果。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年10月收治的80例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。常规护理法用于对照组,优质护理服务用于观察组。结果:治疗前,两组血压水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯指标低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压合并冠心病治疗中应用优质护理服务方法,有助于降低患者的血压及血脂水平,防止出现不良反应,疾病临床治疗效果显著。
Objective:To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing services in the nursing of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who were admitted from 2020.1 to October 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional nursing method was used in the control group,and the high-quality nursing service was used in the observation group.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol level,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and triglyceride indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol indexes were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing service methods in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can help reduce the patient's blood pressure and blood lipid levels,prevent adverse reactions,and have a significant clinical treatment effect for the disease.
