基于多数据融合控制器的浮选过程控制应用研究

摘要 浮选机过程控制主要以液位和气量控制为主,往往采用单变量单回路的控制方式,从浮选工艺角度出发,不同变量之间的耦合关系并未考虑,导致浮选过程控制过程较为粗放。在分析浮选机工艺要求,总结人工操作经验后,建立了以液位、气量、泡沫流速的多变量融合模糊控制器,以更符合工艺要求的模糊控制规则库对浮选过程进行控制。经过仿真试验,证明了多数据融合模糊控制器比传统PID控制器有更好的控制效果,最终在国内某钼矿浮选机上开展了工业应用试验,试验结果取得了预期控制效果,验证了该研究的有效性。 Flotation machine process control mainly focuses on liquid level and gas volume control,and usually adopts single variable single loop control mode.From the perspective of flotation process,the coupling relationship between different variables is not considered,leading to extensive flotation process control process.After analyzing the process requirements of flotation machine and summarizing the experience of manual operation,this paper establishes a multivariable fusion fuzzy controller based on liquid level,gas volume and foam flow rate,so as to control the flotation process with a fuzzy control rule base that is more in line with the process requirements.Through simulation experiments,it has been proven that the multi data fusion fuzzy controller has better control performance than traditional proportion-integral-derivative(PID)controllers.Finally,industrial application experiments are carried out on a molybdenum ore flotation machine in China,and the experimental results achieved the expected control effect,verifying the effectiveness of the research.
