乙醇在线监测智能传感器技术及实现方式研究

摘要 在线监测技术研究是近年来行业发展趋势,一般采用多种检测感知手段,通过对振动、温度和电流等反映设备状态的物理量进行测量,采用多种信号处理方法和信息融合手段进行信号分析和特征提取,得到最能反映设备状态的监测量。通过对某煤化工厂乙醇产线关键设备进行分类统计,分析其常见故障成因及特征频率,总结各类在线监测智能传感器技术的优点和不足,确定乙醇产线设备智能传感器选型方案和检测模型,落实实现方式,并对信号采集智能诊断技术作出展望。 Online monitoring technology research is a trend in the industry in recent years.It generally uses various detection and sensing methods to measure physical quantities that reflect the equipment s condition,such as vibration,temperature,and current.Multiple signal processing methods and information fusion methods are used for signal analysis and feature extraction to obtain the monitoring quantity that best reflects the equipment s condition.Classifies and analyzes the common causes and characteristic frequencies of failures in key equipment in a coal chemical ethanol production line.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various online monitoring intelligent sensor technologies,determines the selection scheme and detection model of intelligent sensors for ethanol production line equipment,implements the realization method,and provides prospects for signal acquisition and intelligent diagnostic technology.
