柔模砼墙合理宽度设计及巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘要 以大柳塔煤矿52606工作面为工程背景,通过FLAC3D软件对不同宽度柔模砼墙的稳定性进行模拟,结果表明:柔模砼墙宽度的增加对巷道的维护起到很好的支撑作用,可以很好改善巷道内作业的环境,宽度越小,巷道围岩破坏越明显,围岩力学性能越弱,承载能力越低。砼墙宽度为1.2 m时,承载能力和范围扩大,巷道上方形成拱形应力圈,综合人员安全、施工时间、作业空间、经济支出等,1.2 m厚的砼墙更为实用和安全。 Taking 52606 working face of Daliuta Coal Mine as engineering background,the stability of flexible-form concrete wall with different widths is simulated by FLAC3D software.The results show that the increase of the width of Flexible-Form concrete wall plays a very good supporting role in the maintenance of roadway,and can well improve the working environment in the roadway.The smaller the width,the more obvious the damage to the surrounding rock of the roadway,the weaker the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock and the lower the bearing capacity of the roadway.When the width of concrete wall is 1.2 m,the bearing capacity and range will be enlarged,and the square of the tunnel will form an arched stress ring,which is more practical and safe than 1.2 m thick concrete wall in terms of personnel safety,construction time,working space and economic expenses.
