摘要 彝良驰宏毛坪矿采用下向进路充填采矿法,为确保490 m中段首采进路的安全施工及掘进迎头岩体稳定,提出一种管棚+工字钢联合支护方法。选择顶板中心区域一段作为有效计算长度,采用太沙基理论计算松散破碎岩体对管棚的荷载,将管棚简化成两端固支粱结构,计算管棚弯矩、挠度和端部反力,进行管支护参数计算。结合现场实际情况,进行不注浆超前管棚+工字钢联合支护方法,现场应用后效果较好。该种计算方法及支护方式,有助于类似采矿方法首采进路支护提供参考。 The Chihong Maoping Mine of Yiliang adopts the downward approach filling mining method.In order to ensure the safe construction of the first mining road in the 490 m section and the stability of the rock mass in the heading face,a combined support method of pipe roof+I-beam is proposed.A section in the center area of the roof is selected as the effective calculation length,and the Terzaghi theory is used to calculate the load of loose broken rock mass on the pipe roof,which is simplified into two ends of the fixed beam structure.The bending moment,deflection and end reaction of the pipe roof are calculated,and the pipe support parameters are calculated.Combined with the actual situation of the field,the combined support method of advance pipe roof without grouting and I-beam is carried out,and the effect is good after field application.The calculation method and support method are helpful to provide reference for similar mining methods.
