摘要
矿山高温热害是制约深部开采的关键因素。以姜家窑金矿为背景,在现场调研的基础上,对矿区现有热害特征和矿山热源进行分析。根据热源分析结果及现场监测数据,通过自主开发的风流参数预测软件对未开采层水平巷道风流参数进行预测,结果显示未开采区热环境参数总体可控,该结果可为后期通风系统的设计提供参考。此外,结合国内外同类矿山深部开采热害的治理措施和姜家窑矿区存在的热害特征,对后期通风系统的优化和建设提供了治理建议。研究结果可为同类矿山深部热害研究治理提供参考。
High temperature heat damage in mines is a key factor restricting deep mining.This article takes the Jiangjiayao Gold Mine as the background,and based on on-site research,analyzes the existing thermal hazard characteristics and mine heat sources in the mining area.Based on the heat source analysis results and on-site monitoring data,the independently developed airflow parameter prediction software was used to predict the airflow parameters of the horizontal roadway in the undeveloped layer.The results show that the thermal environment parameters in the undeveloped area were generally controllable,which can provide reference for the design of the ventilation system in the later stage.In addition,based on the treatment measures for thermal hazards in deep mining of similar mines both domestically and internationally,as well as the characteristics of thermal hazards in the Jiangjiayao Mining Area,suggestions for the optimization and construction of ventilation systems in the later stage have been provided.The research results of this article can provide reference for the research and treatment of deep thermal damage in similar mines.
