摘要
太阳能行业使用的多晶硅来源于石英或硅石,经过熔融处理,可获得冶金级金属硅,再经精制成太阳能级多晶硅。太阳能级多晶硅是一种非常关键的材料,处于光伏行业的上游,具有投资大、技术路线复杂等特点。文章以天然形成的硅酸盐制备太阳能级多晶硅的工艺路线为主导,阐述目前国内外太阳能多晶硅的生产技术状况以及各个工艺流程的详细情况。
The polycrystalline silicon used in the solar energy industry comes from quartz or silica.After melting treatment,metallurgical grade metallic silicon can be obtained,which is then refined into solar grade polycrystalline silicon.Solar grade polycrystalline silicon is a very critical material,located in the upstream of the photovoltaic industry,with characteristics such as high investment and complex technical routes.This article focuses on the process route of preparing solar grade polycrystalline silicon from naturally formed silicates,and elaborates on the current production technology status of solar polycrystalline silicon at home and abroad,as well as detailed information on each process flow.
