摘要
针对风电场集群地区的电压越限问题,文章构建了风电场集群无功电压协调控制系统的结构,提出了一种基于灵敏度分析的双层风电场集群电压协调控制策略,上层控制为集群控制中心协调控制区域内各风电场的并网点输出无功功率,下层控制为集群内的各风电场通过本站AVC系统自动调节并网点电压在电压目标值。所提控制策略利用风电场之间的实时电压/无功灵敏度,解决集群区域内风电场因本站无功调节能力不足导致电压越限的问题。最后,通过算例验证了本策略的有效性。
To solve the over-voltage problems in the area of wind farms,this paper designs a coordinated control system of the wind farms.A two-stage voltage control strategy based on the sensitivity method is presented in the paper.In the first stage,each wind farm regulates the POI(point of interconnection)voltage of wind farm automatically.In the secondary stage,the control center of wind farms gives the voltage reference value and reactive power adjustment amount.The proposed control strategy can tackle with the over-voltage problem of the wind farm due to the lack of reactive power,by regulating the voltage-reactive power sensitivity matrix.Finally,a case demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
