公司每年处理转炉渣120万t以上,通过焖渣、破碎、磁选和筛分等工艺得到6种产品。其中,磁选粉产品价值最高,是厂部完成经营指标的关键。提高磁选粉收得率、增加磁选粉的产量是工作的重中之重,也是厂部历年的攻关项目。文章主要阐述钢渣处理工序,提高磁选粉收得率的生产实践。

The company processes over 1.2 million tons of converter slag annually and obtains 6 products through processes such as slag soaking,crushing,magnetic separation,and screening.Among them,magnetic separation powder products have the highest value and are the key to achieving business targets for the factory.Improving the yield of magnetic separation powder and increasing the output of magnetic separation powder are the top priorities of our work,and they have also been the key projects of the factory department over the years.The article mainly elaborates on the production practice of steel slag treatment process and improving the yieldofmagneticseparationpowder.
