基于多元统计数学模型的葡萄酒评价分析

摘要 文章基于多元统计数学模型对葡萄酒质量进行评价分析,针对2012竞赛A题附件1数据解决评酒专业人员给出评价的结果有无显著性差异、两组结果那个可信度更高的问题。针对上述问题,文章采用多元统计数学模型中的两独立样本T检验的方法建立了葡萄酒检验模型,对附件1中给出评价的结果可信度进行研究、已给的几种红白葡萄酒样品进行分级、模型进行合理的理论证明和推导等多项工作流程,得出两组测验中红酒没有显著性差异,白酒有显著性差异,第二组的结果更可信。最后运用离散程度的方差分析对数据进行处理,并将结果进行对照比较,进一步印证第二组的结果更可信。 Based on the multivariate statistical mathematical model,this paper evaluates and analyzes the wine quality,and solves the problem of whether there are significant differences in the evaluation results given by the wine evaluation professionals and the higher reliability of the two groups of results.In response to the above problems,the article established a wine inspection model by using the method of two independent samples T test in the multivariate statistical mathematical model,studied the reliability of the evaluation results given in Annex 1,graded several red and white wine samples given,and conducted reasonable theoretical proof and derivation of the model.It was concluded that there was no significant difference between red wine and Baijiu in the two groups of tests,and there was significant difference between white wine and red wine,The results of the second group are more reliable.Finally,the data are processed by the analysis of variance of the degree of dispersion and the results are compared to further confirm that the results of the secondgrouparemore reliable.
