鱼潭水电厂主设备提质增效改造的探讨

摘要 鱼潭水电厂至今已运行25年,受限于当时的设计水平、制造工艺、材料及施工质量等,现已不能满足安全与经济运行的要求。加之出现过水淹厂房事件,发电机定子短路问题已甩掉多匝线圈,三相不平衡电阻值超过规定标准1%,发电机转子多次发生绝缘故障,水轮机摆度严重超标,机组效率下降等问题,需对水轮发电机组进行全面技术改造,以消除安全隐患和提高发电效益。同时,可对机组进行增效扩容,提高效率抢发电量,改造后机组增效到93%扩容10%,经济指标优越。 The Yutan Hydropower Plant has been in operation for 25 years.At that time,problems such as design level,manufacturing process,materials,and construction quality were no longer able to meet the requirements of safe and economic operation.In addition,there was a water flooded plant event.The generator stator short circuit problem caused multiple turns of coils to be thrown off,and the three-phase unbalanced resistance value exceeded the specified standard by 1%.The generator rotor repeatedly experienced insulation failures,the turbine swing seriously exceeded the standard,and the unit eficiency decreased,It is necessary to carry out comprehensive technical transformation of hydraulic turbine generator units to eliminate potential safety hazards and improve power generation eficiency.At the same time,the transformation can increase efficiency and capacity of the unit,improve efficiency and seize power generation.After the transformation,the economic indicators brought by the unit eficiency increase to 93%and capacity expansionby10%aresuperior.
