土壤和地下水是社会经济可持续发展的物质基础,是生态系统发展的基本要素。探究土壤和地下水污染防治源头防控措施,寻求解决土壤和地下水污染治理的方法,对于国民经济生产收入的稳步提升具有重要意义。文章基于土壤和地下水污染防治源头,提出了建立环境监测系统、构建污染治理运行机制、加大污染防控宣传力度、协同多方治理等土壤和地下水污染防控路径,以期高效协调土壤和地下水污染防治格局,实现保护土壤与地下水环境的目的。

Soil and groundwater are the material basis of the sustainable development of social economy and the basic elements of the development of ecosystem.It is of great significance to explore the prevention and control measures for the source of soil and groundwater pollution prevention and control,and to seek solutions for the treatment of soil and groundwater pollution for the steady improvement of national economic production income.Based on the source of soil and groundwater pollution prevention and control,this paper puts forward the paths of soil and groundwater pollution prevention and control,such as the establishment of environmental monitoring system,the construction of pollution control operation mechanism,the strengthening of pollution prevention and control publicity,and the coordination of multi-party control,so as to effectively coordinate the soil and groundwater pollution prevention and control pattern and achieve the purpose of protecting soil and groundwater environment.
