新形势下高校工会财务管理工作的思考

高校工会是有独立法人主体的组织,是高校治理体系和治理现代化建设的重要组成部分。新形势下,高校工会将不断参与学校的民主管理和监督工作,工会财务工作的经济保障作用更加明显。工会活动业务日益增多,工会财务管理也将面临重要挑战。基于此,浅析了高校工会财务管理存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了相应的对策。

The trade union in colleges and universities are the organization with independent legal persons,which is an important part of the governance system and governance modernization of colleges and universities.Under the new situation,trade unions in colleges and universities will continue to participate in the democratic management and supervision of colleges and universities,and the economic security role of trade unions in financial work will be more obvious.With the increasing number of trade union activities,the financial management of trade unions will also face important challenges.Based on this,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the financial management of trade unions in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
