全国一体化算力网络国家枢纽节点(甘肃·庆阳)建设对策措施研究

Research on The Construction Countermeasures of The National Hub Node of The National Integrated Computing Power Network(Qingyang,Gansu)

2021年底,甘肃省启动建设全国一体化算力网络国家枢纽节点,并设立了庆阳数据中心集群。文章探究了全国一体化算力网络枢纽节点(甘肃·庆阳)的建设背景、目的和意义,分析梳理了实施进展情况,从算力资源调度、网络通道、能耗指标、绿色发展需求等层面分析了甘肃枢纽节点建设当前阶段存在的一些问题和短板,并提出了对策建议,为进一步推动甘肃枢纽节点建设提供了具体路径。

At the end of 2021,the National Development and Reform Commission and other four departments approved the Gansu hub node,agreed to start the construction of the national integrated computing network hub node in Gansu Province,and set up the Qingyang data center cluster.This paper first explores the background,purpose and significance of the construction of the national integrated computing power network hub node(Qingyang,Gansu),analyzes and combs the implementation progress of Qingyang cluster of the Gansu hub node since the approval,analyzes some problems and weaknesses in the current stage of the Gansu hub node construction from the aspects of computing power resource scheduling,network channels,energy consumption indicators,green development needs,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,It provides a specific path for further promoting the construction of Gansu hub nodes.
