As the macro strategy of the country in the field of information technology,the"channel computing resources from the east to the west"and"new infrastructure"bear the important role of promoting economic recovery and development,promoting informatization and digital transformation of enterprises in the post-epidemic era.This paper focuses on analysing the feasibility and advantages of building a Big data center and data disaster recovery center in Qinghai Province under the background of the"channel computing resources from the east to the west"and"new infrastructure",and try to give the strategies and suggestions to promote the economic development of the backward provinces in the northwest by building a Big data center and data disaster recovery center.
