复方益母草粉对老龄蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of compound Herba Leonuri powder on laying performance of aged laying hens

摘要 为了探究复方益母草粉对老龄蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响,试验选取40羽健康状况良好的700日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为空白对照组、高剂量组(4.5 g/kg)、中剂量组(3.0 g/kg)、低剂量组(1.5 g/kg)。测定产蛋率、畸形蛋率、平均蛋重、全蛋中的干物质含量;检测鸡血清中蛋白含量、抗氧化指标、炎症因子水平;检测红细胞数、促红细胞生成素(EPO)水平、促血小板生成素(TPO)水平;测定血清中生殖激素水平;测定卵泡发育相关指标。结果显示,与空白对照组比较,各给药组产蛋率提高,畸形蛋率降低,高剂量组、中剂量组的平均蛋重和总干物质含量均极显著升高(P<0.01);中剂量组鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)与球蛋白(GLO)含量均极显著升高(P<0.01),高剂量组鸡血清中球蛋白(GLO)与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量均极显著升高(P<0.01);高剂量组、中剂量组鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),高剂量组、中剂量组鸡血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),高剂量组鸡血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著降低(P<0.01);高剂量组鸡血清中TNF-α水平极显著降低(P<0.01);高剂量组、中剂量组鸡红细胞数量显著增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),促血小板生成素(TPO)水平显著升高(P<0.05);高剂量组、中剂量组鸡血清中促黄体生成素(LH)水平极显著升高(P<0.01);高剂量组小黄卵泡(SYF)、大白卵泡(LWF)、总卵泡数量极显著增加(P<0.01),F1、F3卵泡直径均显著增加(P<0.05),其中高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和对照组F1、F3卵泡直径分别为3.90 cm、3.68 cm、3.56 cm、3.42 cm和2.80 cm、2.59 cm、2.49 cm、2.48 cm;H-E切片显示,高剂量组F1、F3卵泡膜层厚度极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01),高剂量组F1、F2、F3卵泡颗粒层厚度均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。复方益母草粉能够提高机体抗氧化功能、造血功能及生殖激素分泌水平,促进卵泡发育,减少炎症因子的产生,从而提高老龄蛋鸡的产蛋性能。 To investigate the effect of compound Herba Leonuri powder on the egg production performance of aged hens,40700-day-old Hyland brown-shell hens in good health were divided into four groups at random:a blank control group,a high-dose group(4.5 g/kg),a medium-dose group(3.0 g/kg),and a low-dose group(1.5 g/kg)to study the impact of compound Herba Leonuri powder on the egg production performance of aged hens.The hens’serum was tested for protein content,antioxidant index,inflammatory factors,and levels of reproductive hormones.Indexes relating to follicular development were also evaluated,along with the egg production rate,malformed egg rate,average egg weight,and dry matter content.The results showed that compared with the control group,the compound Herba Leonuri powder could improve the egg production rate of aged hens,the deformed egg rate was reduced in all dosing groups,the mean egg weight and total dry matter content in the high and medium-dose groups was increased significantly(P<0.01);the medium-dose group showed a highly significant increase in TP and GLO level(P<0.01),a highly significant increase presented in GLO and HDL level(P<0.01)in the high and medium dose groups;a highly significant increase in serum SOD activity(P<0.01)and a significant increase in serum GSH-Px activity(P<0.05)presented in the high and medium dose groups,highly significant decrease in serum MDA content(P<0.01)presented in the high-dose group;a highly significant decrease in serum TNF-αlevel(P<0.01)presented in the high-dose group;a highly significant increase in the number of red blood cells in serum presented in the high-dose group(P<0.01)and in the medium-dose group(P<0.05),and a significant increase in serum TPO level(P<0.05)in in the high and medium-dose groups;LH levels were highly significantly increased in the high and medium dose groups(P<0.01);the number of SYF,LWF and total follicles were highly significantly increased in the high dose group(P<0.01),and the diameters of F1 and F3 follicles were significantly increased in the high dose group(P<0.05),where the diameters of F1 and F3 follicles in the high,medium,low and control groups were 3.90 cm,3.68 cm,3.56 cm,3.42 cm,and 2.80 cm,2.59 cm,2.49 cm,2.48 cm,respectively;H-E sections showed that the thickness of the membrane layer of F1 and F3 follicles in the high-dose group was extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the thickness of the follicular granular layer of F1,F2,and F3 in the high-dose group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compound Herba Leonuri powder could improve the antioxidant function,hematopoietic function,reproductive hormone secretion level of the body,promote follicular development and reduce the production of inflammatory factors,thus improving the egg production performance of the aged laying hens.
