小秦艽花药材质量灰色关联分析评价

摘要 建立不同产区小秦艽花药材的灰色关联度模型,对其质量进行综合评估。参照《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版附录相关方法,对不同产区的11批小秦艽花药材的水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、重金属(铜)、龙胆苦苷、异荭草苷含量进行测定,建立小秦艽花药材的灰色关联度评价模型。结果显示,11批药材水分含量为5.09%~5.58%,总灰分含量为4.33%~5.06%,酸不溶性灰分含量为0.41%~0.97%,浸出物含量为30.19%~38.26%,重金属(铜)含量为7.43~9.38 mg/kg,异荭草苷、龙胆苦苷含量分别为0.20%~0.43%、3.89%~6.46%;11批药材的各指标性成分百分含量差别相对较小,相对关联度为0.379~0.576,大于0.5的有5个产地,质量评价较高,其中S8样品(肃北县盐池湾乡乌兰布勒村白夹子沟)相对关联度最大(0.576),质量评价为最优。试验结果表明,基于灰色关联度分析法,可综合评价小秦艽花药材的质量。 To establish the grey relational model of Gentiana dahurica Fisch.from different habitats and evaluate its quality comprehensively.With reference to the relevant methods in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020),the content of water,ash,acid insoluble ash,extracts,heavy metals(copper),gentiopicroside and isoorientin in 11 batches of Gentiana dahurica Fisch.from different regions were determined,and the grey correlation evaluation model of Gentiana macrophylla was established.The results showed that the water content of 11 batches of medicinal materials was 5.09%-5.58%,the total ash content was 4.33%-5.06%,the acid-insoluble ash content was 0.41%-0.97%,the extract content was 30.19%-38.26%,the heavy metal(copper) content was 7.43-9.38 mg/kg,the content of isoorientin and gentiopicrin were 0.20%-0.43% and 3.89%-6.46%,respectively.The percentage content difference of each index component in 11 batches of medicinal materials was relatively small,and the relative correlation degree was 0.379-0.576.There were 5 producing areas that were greater than 0.5,and the quality evaluation was high.Among them,S8sample(Baijiazigou,Wulanbule Village,Yanchiwan Township,Subei County) had the highest relative correlation degree(0.576),and the quality evaluation was the best.It is concluded that the quality of Gentiana dahurica Fisch.can be comprehensively evaluated based on the gray correlation analysis method.
