摘要
本文通过对车辆生产企业及产品公告、国家环保目录、CCC认证、道路运输车辆达标车型申报认证的申报方式及流程进行分析,剖析申报过程存在数据繁琐,申报效率低等问题,提出重点核查参数项、对维护数据系统进行技术升级、建立模块化数据库、对输出数据进行点检检查等多种改进方法。改进对策及研究成果能有效改善申报出错率及提高申报效率,供同行业认证申报人员参考。
By analyzing the declaration methods and processes of vehicle manufacturers and product announcements,national environmental protection catalogs,CCC certification,and the declaration and certification of road transport vehicle compliance models,this paper analyzes the problems of cumbersome data and low declaration efficiency in the declaration process,and puts forward various improvement methods such as key verification parameters,technical upgrading of maintenance data systems,establishment of modular databases,and spot inspection of output data.Improving countermeasures and research results can effectively improve the declaration error rate and improve the declaration efficiency,for the reference of certification applicants in the same industry.
