With the rapid development of the global new energy automobile industry and the significant increase in car ownership,it is also facing major changes unprecedented in a century.The automobile manufacturing industry has fallen into the unpredictable VUCA era,full of volatility and uncertainty,as the basis of automobile manufacturing parts into the factory.But it also affected by the epidemic,core shortage,production fluctuations and other factors,facing major challenges.The choice of parts inbound logistics mode has increased the requirements for agility based on pursuing low cost and high efficiency,and inbound logistics has become one of the key links to promote the core competitiveness of the automotive industry supply chain.With this as the background,this paper discusses the importance of outsourcing the inbound logistics of parts in the automobile manufacturing industry by third-party logistics,and introduces the 3PL switching transformation process of Guangxi A automobile manufacturing enterprises.
