“问题-方法”二元驱动的机械类研究生科研创新能力培养研究

摘要 本研究以长沙理工大学机械工程专业研究生为培养对象,从建立注重科研创新能力的研究生培养环节及考核、反馈机制入手,开展“问题-方法”二元驱动的研究生科研创新能力培养研究。旨在建立以问题-方法导向的课程教学体系为基础,坚持将科研创新能力培养贯穿整个培养环节,以科研创新能力考核及反馈为改进依据的全闭环培养模式。主要研究内容包括:(1)构建“问题-方法”导向课程教学体系;(2)建立“问题-方法”驱动的科研训练与实践培养环节;(3)制定研究生科研创新能力考核评价机制;(4)建立“问题-方法”驱动式科研创新能力培养模式反馈与改进机制。旨在为机械类研究生科研创新能力的培养提供新思路,为提高机械类研究生的培养质量提供了新路径。 This study takes the graduate students majoring in mechanical engineering of Changsha University of Science and Technology as the training object,and starts from the establishment of postgraduate training links and assessment and feedback mechanisms that focus on scientific research and innovation ability,and carries out the research on the cultivation of postgraduate scientific research and innovation ability driven by the“problem-method”dual.It aims to establish a problem-method-oriented curriculum teaching system as the basis,adhere to the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability throughout the entire training link,and take the assessment and feedback of scientific research and innovation ability as the basis for improvement.The main research contents include:(1)constructing a“problem-method”oriented course teaching system;(2)Establishing“problem-method”-driven scientific research training and practice training links;(3)Formulating an assessment and evaluation mechanism for postgraduate research and innovation ability;(4)Establishing a feedback and improvement mechanism for the“problem-method”driven scientific research and innovation ability training model.It aims to provide new ideas for the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of mechanical graduate students,and provide a new path for improving the training quality of mechanical graduate students.
